Participant management before the event

Invitations, registration and lots of communication.

mcc offers you the handling of the participant logistics and is happy to take over the communication with the participants. In addition to publicising the event by sending out a save-the-date, mcc also provides individual invitations to your event and looks after the participants from the very first contact.

As a central point of contact, we provide the conference office if required and create an event website including a registration system for participant registration, fill it with content and are also happy to take over communication in social media. Our tasks also include the bookkeeping of registrations as well as hotel room management.

We are your guests’ point of contact for all questions and problems. Shortly before the event, we provide name badges and prepare all the necessary participant documents.
